By July 2018, Sunyo’s PVC production line has developed to two and fully automated production equipment. The thickness of PVC  can reach 0.03-1.2mm, and the width can do 300-1300mm. 

The PVC film in our factory has the following features:

- Feather light, non-absorb water, fire retardant and self-extinguishing.

- Sound insulation, heat insulation, noise absorption, heat preservation.

- Weather proof, vandal proof, easy to be shaped, painted and screen printed.

- Non-corrosive, non-toxic and chemical resistant.

- Tough, rigid with a high impact strength. 

As the PVC film has the above characteristics, it can be widely used in Vacuum forming( tray, bubble shell), Printing(offset printing,  inkjet printing, silk screen printing), folding boxs, Furniture panels, billboards, magnetic cards, poker cards, etc. 

Our PVC can be completely made of non-toxic, odorless and phthalate-free. Now our PVC film has obtained SGS, RoSH, EN71-3, REACH certifications.
