By July 2018, Sunyo’s PETG production line has developed to two and fully automated production equipment. The thickness of PET can reach 0.15-2.0 mm, and the width can do 300-1300mm. 

The PVC film in our factory has the following features:

- Excellent toughness & Sparkling clarity

- Good resistance to acids / chemicals and oils

- Gamma rays sterilizable- Easy trimming

- Good adhesive ability

- Recyclable and no noxious fumes given off during forming 

Our PETG film are widely used in FDA approved for food packaging, blister packaging for toys and electronics equipment, computer products packaging(keyboard, IC board, mouse, etc.), furniture panel and kitchen cabinet. 

In recent months, our 4X8ft (1220x2440mm) PETG film is on the market. Many of our customers buy the film of this size for furniture and cabinet panels. The film of this kind of application usually requires anti-scratch, cold-proof and fireproof features. 

Our PETG film has got FDA, REACH, SGS, EN71-3 certifications.
